The nearest real offsite to Delhi that is not a hotel ballroom

A Corbett offsite is a drive, not a flight. No airport transfers at either end, nobody missing a connection, and a bus that leaves Gurgaon early is unloading before lunch. That alone removes most of what makes an offsite expensive and fragile.

The second thing is timing. These resorts fill at weekends with couples and families and sit quiet from Monday to Thursday — which is exactly when you want to run an offsite, and exactly when a property will negotiate. A midweek booking is the single biggest lever on the cost of the whole thing.

What we add is the part that goes wrong: capacity that turns out to be theatre-style only, a hall with a pillar in front of the screen, and a coach that cannot get up the last two kilometres.

Can a forty-five-seater actually reach the porch?

It is the question nobody answers until the coach is already on the road, and it is the one that turns a smooth arrival into an hour of shuttling luggage in the dark.

One property we work with parks two kilometres away and runs a shuttle. Fine for a couple. Unworkable for forty people arriving at eleven at night with laptops and baggage. It is stated on the property’s own website, and we will tell you before you sign rather than after.

Capacity figures come from the properties themselves and change with the layout, so we get them in writing for your headcount instead of printing a table that goes stale.

Reopening dates are set by the Forest Department each year and we do not print one until it is confirmed. Ask us and we check the portal for your dates rather than guess.

How large a group does this suit?
From a dozen upwards on one property, and the ceiling depends on the property and the season. We confirm the block in writing before you commit, and if you are going to have to split across two properties we say so at the enquiry.
Can you handle the travel as well?
Yes — coaches from Delhi NCR, sized to what can actually reach the property rather than to the headcount alone.
Can you send a proposal we can circulate internally?
Yes. Tell us headcount, dates and what the two days need to achieve, and you get one document with properties, capacities, inclusions and a single all-in cost per head.
What about team-building activities?
Most of these properties run their own — rappelling, river crossing, archery, cricket, night walks. We will tell you which are genuinely run by the resort and which are subcontracted to someone in Ramnagar.
Do you take payment on this site?
No. We take no payment on this website at all. Any transfer is to the company account against an invoice, never to a personal account or a UPI number. If anyone asks you for an advance to a personal number in the name of a Corbett resort, it is a fraud — it is common here, which is why we say so on every page.
